Dr. Foulbrain's Boxer is the fifth Dr. Foulbrain boss fight.

Overview

When Crazy Drake gets in a boxcar, he's fighting Dr. Foulbrain. Blocking can be performed by holding UP while punching can be performed by pressing the Z button to deal damage.
